Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy

We at Boen & Gill, Inc. want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple, and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping, and payment process to make your life easy.

Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will e-mailed to you. Generally all items in stock are mailed within 48 business hours. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.

Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click the Place your order button and receive e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.

Once the items you ordered are in stock, we'll package and ship them to you. Most orders will ship out within 48 business hours of the items being in stock. The availability estimate does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping option you choose.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from Boen & Gill, Inc. depend upon the method and option you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped within 2 business days. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States are Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited. Expedited or Express orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 48 business hours.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be shipped within 2 business days. FedEx does not deliver on certain holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Your package will be delivered on the next regular shipping day following the holiday. For more details, see the FedEx Holiday Delivery Schedule.
  • Temporarily Out of Stock: This item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. If you place an order, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that information from our suppliers.
  • Currently Unavailable: This item is currently not available for ordering, and we don't know when or if this item will be in stock again.
We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.

United States of America

Orders shipped anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States are sent by your choice of Ground, Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, but they are not eligible for Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping.

How are shipping costs calculated? We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:

Priority Shipped via USPS, 3 - 5 business days average anywhere in the USA $7.99 for the first item, add $2.99 per each additional item
FedEx/UPS * 2nd Day Guaranteed Shipped via FedEx or UPS, 2 business days guaranteed anywhere in the USA $13.99 for the first item, add $3.99 per each additional item
Expedited Shipped via Express Mail, 1 - 2 days anywhere in the USA $17.99 for the first item, add $3.99 per each additional item
Guaranteed Overnight Shipped via FedEx or UPS Next Day $19.99 for the first item, add $3.99 per each additional item
* For your security, FedEx/UPS may require a signature at time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes - In some cases orders for shipment to P.O boxes may take longer to be approved. Since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, these orders will be delivered via another method such as U.S.P.S.

Canada
  • Normal Canada, 10 - 14 business days $6.99 for the first item, add $2 per each additional item


  • Canada Expedited FedEx 3-5 business days $26.99 for the first item, add $4 per each additional item. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 2 to 4 business days from date of shipment provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Most orders do clear quickly and are delivered within the UPS estimated time.


  • For all Canadian shipments, Boen & Gill, Inc. will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.


  • Boen & Gill, Inc. will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Boen & Gill, Inc. will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
International Shipping & Handling - We do not offer shipping outside the US and Canada at this time.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 2-4 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 48 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for FedEx and UPS deliveries.

Back Orders - In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).

Multiple Attempts to Deliver Your Package - If FedEx cannot deliver your order after several attempts, your order may be cancelled or returned to Boen & Gill, Inc.

If You Receive the Wrong Item - If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment) via the Sales Service Center, and we will make arrangements to send a replacement promptly. Send e-mail to sales@boenandgill.com with "Wrong Item" in subject line.

Damaged in Shipping - If your shipment was damaged in transit, contact the Sales Service Center and we will gladly send you a replacement. Any product(s) returned must follow our Exchange / Return policy.

Proof of Purchase

Boen & Gill, Inc. will send you a confirmation of your order via e-mail if you have included an e-mail address with your order. If you have not included an e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation of your order by regular mail when your order is shipped.

Payment Options

On-line orders can be paid by credit or debit cards. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
General Return Policy
  1. The Sales Manager must authorize all returns or exchanges. Please e-mail to claim return, send e-mail to sales@boenandgill.com.
  2. All claims for credit, shortages, and/or damages must be placed within ten days of receipt of merchandise.
  3. All returned merchandise must be received by Boen & Gill, Inc. in saleable condition with original packing and proof of purchase. Defective merchandise must also be accompanied by proof of purchase.
CUSTOMER RETURNS:
  1. The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is defective.

  3. Indicate either refund or exchange within the returned package.
  1. Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the merchandise is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.
  2. The internal paperwork for credit/exchange is normally completed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
  3. All refunds are applied to the individual customer account unless otherwise specified by Sales Manager or Accounting Department.
  4. Any form of reimbursement is consistent with the original method of payment.
Notes:
  • Boen & Gill does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
    • Product that is used.
    • Opened and tampered.

  • Boen & Gill will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened accessory. If you purchased your order using a credit card, we may ask you to provide a major credit card again (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) so Boen & Gill can assess the 10% restocking fee.


  • Boen & Gill, Inc. recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Boen & Gill, Inc. or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
